Product Returns

1. Non-returnable items Our apology, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
   • Any product that has been opened or used (e.g. plastic wrap or box being taken out).
   • Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
   • Any discount, clearance, or sales product that has already stated non-returnable Jasmine Beauty & Cosmetic e-shop (www.jasmine-beauty.com).
   • Any free gift products and samples.
   • Jasmine Beauty & Cosmetic holds absolute discretion in case of a dispute.

2. Return procedures In case of product return, simply wrap the item and follow the steps below:

   • The customer will be contacted by Jasmine Beauty & Cosmetic Customer Services team once all relevant information is stated accordingly.
   • Send the returning items by mail to our office: 9F Amtel Building 148 Des Voeux Road Central - Central - Hong Kong
   • All return shipping fees must be prepaid, and no COD returns will be accepted.

3. Return procedures Please note that before refunding any returned product, its' condition will first be verified. All Non-returnable items will not be refunded or returned to the customer. Our apology that the original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We will only refund the total value of the products. If your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to get the refund. Otherwise, the original cost of the product will be deducted from the refund.
